Fresh blast in Jolo kills 1, injures 2

One person was killed while two others were hurt after an explosion rocked a business district in Jolo, Sulu, this morning, reports said.

The blast reportedly happened around 8 a.m. at the Go Tek Leng Complex.

This latest bombing came just days after a similar explosion occurred near a cathedral in Cotabato City last Sunday, killing five people and injuring 35 others.
